3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access our Website, book appointments, or avail salon services. By using our platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Appointments and Bookings

  • Online Appointments: Bookings made via www.mennandcosalon.in or any authorized partner platform are subject to confirmation. You will receive booking confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Walk-in Services: Service availability for walk-ins is subject to stylist and slot availability.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time through our website, salon, or customer helpline.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee or forfeiture of advance payment.
  • Prepaid or Advance Bookings: Advance amounts are non-transferable but adjustable against the next appointment (if rescheduled within 15 days).
  • Delayed Arrivals: If you arrive late beyond the grace period (10 minutes), your appointment slot may be adjusted or cancelled depending on stylist availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Website or at salons are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary by salon location, stylist expertise, or promotional offers.
  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or approved digital wallets.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, offers, or service inclusions at any time without prior notice.

6. Gift Cards, Memberships & Packages

  • Gift Cards and Membership Packages purchased at any MENN & CO Salon or through authorized channels are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • These are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
  • Membership benefits (discounts, free services, massages, facials, etc.) must be redeemed as per the terms mentioned at the time of purchase.

7. Service Quality & Responsibility

  • MENN & CO maintains high hygiene and professional standards. However, results of services (e.g., hair color, skincare, or grooming treatments) may vary depending on individual conditions like hair texture, skin type, or aftercare compliance.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
  • The salon will not be held responsible for adverse reactions caused due to undisclosed medical history, skin conditions, or home product usage.

8. Refunds and Complaints

  • Service Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed services unless proven that the service delivered was defective or unsatisfactory due to negligence.
  • Product Refunds: For retail purchases, refer to our in-store refund policy.
  • Feedback & Complaints: We encourage you to share feedback within 24 hours of service completion via our salon team or official support channels for prompt resolution.

9. Personal Belongings

We recommend clients to safeguard personal belongings. MENN & CO or its staff will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal items (e.g., phones, wallets, jewelry, etc.) within salon premises.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, images, text, and content available on this Website and within salon premises (including the MENN & CO logo, imagery, videos, and design) are the exclusive property of MENN AND COLLEAGUE PRIVATE LIMITED.

11. Conduct & Behavior

We maintain a respectful and professional environment in all MENN & CO salons.

  • Any form of abusive behavior, harassment, or misconduct towards staff or other clients will lead to immediate refusal of service.
